Privacy Policy
This policy explains what personal information Digital Solutions collects, why, and the choices you have. We've written it in plain English and kept it specific to how this website and our services actually work.
The short version
- This website sets no cookies and uses no analytics, advertising pixels or tracking.
- Every file on this site, including fonts, is served from our own server. Your browser doesn't contact any third party when you visit.
- We only collect what you choose to send us, plus standard server logs used for security.
- We never sell or rent your personal information.
1. Who we are
Digital Solutions is a sole proprietorship based in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India. We operate the website truedigitalpro.com and provide digital marketing services including SEO, AI SEO, local SEO, paid search, content and website services. In this policy, "we", "us" and "our" mean Digital Solutions.
For any privacy question or request, email info@truedigitalpro.com.
2. Information we collect
When you contact us
Our audit request form doesn't send anything to our server. It opens your own email app with your details filled in, and you choose whether to send it. If you email us, we receive whatever you include, typically your name, email address, website and a description of what you need.
When you become a client
- Contact and billing details for you and your team.
- Information about your business, goals, competitors and customers that you share with us.
- Access you grant us to platforms such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Google Ads, Google Business Profile, social accounts or your website's admin area. That access may let us see data those platforms hold, including aggregated information about your own website visitors.
Collected automatically
Like almost every web server, ours keeps standard access logs: IP address, browser type, the page requested, the referring page and the date and time. We use these only to keep the site secure, diagnose problems and block abuse.
We do not use cookies, web analytics, advertising pixels, session recording, fingerprinting or any third-party tracking on this website.
3. How we use it
- To reply to your enquiry and prepare any audit you request.
- To deliver, manage and bill for the services you've engaged us for.
- To keep our website and systems secure.
- To meet our legal, tax and accounting obligations.
Where data-protection laws such as the GDPR apply, we rely on these legal bases: your consent (when you contact us), the performance of a contract (when you're a client), our legitimate interests (site security and running our business), and legal obligations.
We don't use your information for automated decision-making, and we don't send marketing emails unless you've asked us to.
5. Client account access
When you give us access to your accounts, we use it only for the work we've agreed. We ask for the lowest level of access that does the job, we don't change billing or ownership settings without your instruction, and we never share your login details. You can revoke our access at any time. When an engagement ends, we stop using your accounts and ask you to remove our access.
6. How long we keep it
- Enquiries that don't lead to work together: deleted within 24 months.
- Client records: kept for the length of the engagement and afterwards only as long as tax, accounting or legal rules require.
- Server logs: kept for a short period and rotated automatically by our hosting provider.
7. How we protect it
We use encrypted connections (HTTPS) everywhere, a hardened web server that runs no third-party scripts, restricted administrative access and two-factor authentication where available. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your information and will notify you and the relevant authorities of a breach where the law requires it.
8. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:
- access the personal information we hold about you;
- correct anything that's inaccurate;
- have your information deleted;
- object to or restrict how we use it;
- receive a copy in a portable format; and
- withdraw consent at any time, where we rely on consent.
India: under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you can access, correct and erase your personal data, nominate someone to exercise these rights on your behalf, and raise a grievance with us. Email grievances to info@truedigitalpro.com. We'll acknowledge them promptly and resolve them within the time the law requires. If you're not satisfied, you can approach the Data Protection Board of India.
California residents: we don't sell or share personal information as those terms are defined in the CCPA/CPRA. You have the right to know, delete and correct your information, and we won't treat you differently for using these rights.
To make a request, email info@truedigitalpro.com. We'll reply within 30 days, and may need to verify your identity first. If you're in the EU or UK, you can also complain to your local data-protection authority.
9. International transfers
Our website is hosted in India, and some of our service providers operate in other countries. Where we transfer personal information across borders, we take reasonable steps to make sure it stays protected, including contractual safeguards where the law requires them.
10. Children
Our website and services are for businesses. They aren't directed to children under 16, and we don't knowingly collect children's personal information.
11. Other websites
Our site may link to other websites. We're not responsible for their content or privacy practices, so please read their policies.
12. Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we'll update the "Last updated" date at the top. If a change is significant, we'll make that clear on this page.
